The latest development in the Elesnarian government was unexpected by most of the Elesnarian population. The majority of the Elesnarian population who supported the Elesnarian Democratic Party (EDP), were suprised by the Elesnarian Communist Party (ECP) which gained the majority state in the parliament in the last few hours. Although it only has around 30% supporters, the ECP was able to overpower the EDP, then finished off the EDP's control over the entire allied states. The leader of the ECP, Ying Wei Zhen, who instantly became the Elesnarian president, was then gave a speech:

"First of all, I as the leader of the Elesnarian Communist Party want to say thank you to my fellow party members who had accompanied me until I got to the highest throne of the Elesnarian government. I want to say thank you to the Elesnarian parliament members as well for their votes for the Elesnarian Communist Party. In gratitude of this historical moments, I will not change this nation to be a Leninist-style government which usually destroyed the civil rights and political freedoms like the other communist nations are. It is very important that we must
improve our nation to be one of the best nations in the world."

"How can we improve our nation if we take away the civil rights and political freedoms of the people? How can we improve our nation if we terrorize the political opposition and the people who don't support us? How can we improve our nation if we just think about money, money, and money like the other corrupt nations? I believe that the power source of this nation must be from its people, not from its leaders only. Alone, we are weak! Together, we are strong!"

However, there are some people who won't accept the fact they must accept, that the ECP gained control over the entire allied states. Although their number is so small, they are able to spread agitations and propagandas to provoke the people from accepting the ECP. In further more radical, they provoke the people to takeover the parliament and make up their own government. Their reason is always the same, "The Elesnarian Communist Party did a series of bribes to the Elesnarian parliament members to vote for them."

The Proletarian Manifesto

Communism is an unworkable system. Proletarianism seeks the emancipation of the working class through prosperity rather than through arms and revolutions. We seek peace and coexistance rather than war and death.

Citizens of the Proletariat all vote for the government, a compulsory system to accurately approximate the will of the people. They also vote on the most important issues.

Citizens of the Proletariat may own factories as a normal capitalist would. Remaining profit; after a tax deduction and expenses, is divided equally amongst the workers. The owners benefit would be a title, 'Honoured Citizen' which all the other citizens must respect and show courtesy to. Class differences are removed by the absence of a wage difference. The only difference would be that they would have gained honour, prestige and respect.

Economically, we see the system as viable. The whole of society will be consumers, buying the products of the other factories and guaranteeing that their is always a supply. Competition is regulated however by the government to avoid destroying businesses through out-competitiveness.
The unemployed get a wage, but that is enough to sustain them until they get a job.
The lazy and unproductive, designated by the local efficiency supervisor have their share of the profit; their wage cut accordingly.
The unfortunate disabled are given an average societal wage.

Healthcare and education are to be funded by the government and are to be given priority in the new order. The military are also funded by the government.
All government employees who perform well are given their titles.

We believe that once we can move the system to a state of prosperous economic production; we can begin exporting our ideas into the world through peaceful diplomatic, political and social means rather than through the imperialist and greedy methods of Capitalist and Communist nations. Both sides are regarded with suspicion but we still treat them with respect.

IF you continue to offer military aid to kill off the CP who has been elected you are no more worth than a terrorist and your nation will be viewed to me as a terrorist state. I do not take very well relations to a terrorist nations. So I urge you to take back your offer or else.

We are grateful of your concern about the EDP. However, the EDP has fully supported the ECP now. Although there are some elements in the nation which don't like that the allied states was governed by the ECP, these group were not dangerous and not offensive.

Together, most of the parliament members had put aside their ideological differences, and combined their capabilities to make Elesnar as the best nation someday.
