Earlier today, on Memorial Avenue an explosion caused by a semi-nuclear explosive took place in the largest embassy in the capital of Hivez. The embassy was that of severance, and thus also completly leveled all other 27 embassies on that Avenue as well as damaged the Hivez Federal Prison, Capital Building, Civil War Memorial Museum, as well as the headquarters for the nations NVNPF (New Vuhifell National Police Force), (sorta like a SWAT team put together to wage war against Neo-Communists in the country). We are willing to give any nation that helps us, 1.5 million USD's plus blueprints to our newest warship class, the CONCORDE Aircraft Carrier.

President George Thatcher released an announcement earlier today pledging to give aid and relief to New Vuhifell, if required.

Elesnar is ready to assist the New Vuhifellian police to track down on the so called "Neo-Communists" terrorists. We will give you 100 of our special forces to help secure your capital from any "Neo-Communist" terrorist attacks.

Knowing the Ruissian position against New Vuhifell, Elesnar begin to draw all of its 100 special forces from defending the New Vuhifellian capital. Elesnar is ready to send 2500 AK-47s and 50 Stinger Misile Launchers for the "Neo-Communist" rebels to overthrow the nation. Elesnar is also ready to give E$ 10.000 to the "Neo-Communist" rebels.

We are sending our chief spiritual guru, High Head Malvoy to burn incence and chant in the streets of New Vuhifel. As a socialist nation ourselves, we agree completely, and also condemn Ruissia and Elesnar.

It must be noted however, that we have no way of knowing that it was communists that carried out this action, New Vuhifell has given no evidence that it was indeed the "neo-communists" that committed this crime.

Elesnar waits for the next confirmation from New Vuhifell wheter it was the "Neo-Communists" or the other terrorists such as Muslim terrorists or else?

We don't want to support the wrong factions. And as long as the communists, wherever they may be, were not harmed by any nations, we will not support terrorism against those nations. We only act when the communists are oppressed.

Can New Vuhifell prove that it was communist rebels. I really doubt it was and I actually do think they are being used as an escape goat for your own governments problums. I am a capitalist but I am not a anti-communist. And a do not like terror of any kind. So I will send them 1 billon in aid, 10 top counter terrorism teams in my country. I will also send in special forces and commandoes to help my CT team. I hope this will be anough to safe gaurd the current goverment and destroy these vile terrorist. And shame on you Ruissia and Elesnar for supporting terrorist scum. Violence to prove a political point is wrong.

They still have not proven that it is communist. IF they do not prove that it is(which communist wouldnt b/c a true communist doesnt attack a proletariate) we will take action and move in to help the Communist forces in New Vuhifell.


Wasn't it you anyways, who had the leader of the Communist in your civil war arrested. So we know already that you are anti-communist and I know that this is a ploy to get nations to back large anti-communist movements. I urge you to stop your actions OR I will ask for a declaration of funds from the International which would probably equal more moeny than your budget to support communist in your nation with tanks, guns, and anti-aircraft equipment.

Perhaps the chaos in the capitol of New Vuhifell following the terrorist atack is overwhelming, but we haven't heard any follow up from their government or from the HNNN news network on the relief efforts.
Maybe an international investigation team should enter the capitol of New Vuhifell to determine if there is any surviving government and establish an aid station.

CL, I don't want to get involved in a civil war there, and I don't think we should even think of getting the International involved, at least not at this stage. My investigators will be used to find out if it really was communists which set off this blast (which we remain very dubious of). However I would ask New Vuhifell if the allegations are true and if they have outlawed any communist movement there, which in our opinion would be a severe breach of the political rights of your citizens.

Arcadiamus, in an attempt to keep peace will send 8,000 peace keeping forces. They will also send in 500 tanks and 300 jeeps. They will be surrounding the capitol city and the other major cities to prevent a civil war.
