For the first time in Dannelands entire history, for the very first time ever for the citizents of Danneland. This years budget was more concentrated on social wellfare and saftey rather than new big guns.

Social worker Andy Roohan says:
"Im stunned, completly stunned, I never saw this comming. But I dont trust it, either Daniel has lost his mind completly or he's got some plan.. this is just to good to be true"


And a spokesman from the goverment, Michael Gorehaw:
"This is just another sign from our beloved dictator that he's not a cruel evil man. That he realy does care for his own people. He understands that there have been hard time since the nuclear attack. Though, he would like to point out that, we are not commies. we will never be, and anyone claiming so will be shot.. err, no, taken care of"


Lucy Mayhem, mother of five children and wife to a dead husband says:
"I dont care if Daniel got some wierd plan for us, or if he's just nice. This is what I need. money from the goverment so that I can put my children into kindergarden, feed them, put a roof over their heads and such. I dont love Daniel more due to this, I dont hate him less. This is just a blessing"


General Al Gore:
"THE DAMN MAN HAS GONE NUTTS! HOW THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO KILL ALL THOSE DEMOCRATIC BASTARDS WITHOUT GUNS?! I MEAN, HELL, THOSE SON'S OF A BITCHES FIRED NUKES AT US! I SAY WE SPEND THE BUDGET ON NUKES INSTEAD OF FOOD! WHO THE HELL NEEDS FOD WHEN YOU CAN NUKE THE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLE?!"

The emperor of unified sith believes that Daniel has lost his mind and hereby offers support to the generals if they stage a revolt.

Welfare BAH

We are watching events in Danneland closely.The last thing that the world needs is another country falling into the abyss.Calm is needed at present,we will wait to see if the Dictator comes to his senses before we decide on further action.

Social Technocracia also offers her congratulations on the dictator's concentration on welfare. We also congratulate British Communists on being the first nation to offer protection against a coup. At present, we will not go as far as to offer military help in the event of a coup, but we are watching this situation very closely, and are concerened about the international condemnation of Danneland for it's valiant actions in spending money on welfare. We will continue to watch the situation but only act if we find it absolutely necessary.
