Well, in case this isn't an April fools joke, I think the best way to learn how to RP war, is to read some good threads. This (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=92567) thread and this (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=126716&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0) thread are great examples of what role-playing can be. By no means do you have to put this amount of work into each of your posts, but it is important to realize that the more imagination and creativity you use, the more fun the game will be. Remember war should be a last choice. After all, war is detrimental to nations. Diplomacy is key, and can be a lot of fun. Here (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=134760) is an example of a very tense situation, but all of the parties are trying to avoid a war which would certainly bring massive destruction.
