After our nation was torn apart by communist, facists, totallitarians, and homophobics factions we over through them, casting them in to the into the kemn vhon venzidos [darkness of space]. We have since then created a new form of government, the Coalitionist Government. Now that our nation has new laws and has ended the burning wars, we have now realize that many things are differant. To that revelation diplomatic and exploritory missions will continue.

But we will not forget national defense, and in our time of peace, we have florished. With our old command carriers being de-comissioned, and refited with new ones. But in our time of new growth we have stumbled upon new tech, thus creating the Setianav Avenqium Class Assault Destroyer. This ship reminds us of our once brutal, but honorable warrior past.

The Sebecean government has decided it will begin construction of light spacing transport-war frigates. They will be donated to any nation willing to put forth an order. 200 max per nation. 32 man crew- 152 with stasis lock.
