There is also a news article (dated April 1st :?...) that claims the NS people figured out how to fix some sort of "populaiton bug exploit", which allowed players populations to grow much quicker than tehy shoud have. It goes on to say since they have no means of determining who used the exploit and who didn't, they simply reset everyones population.
Sounds like bunk to me.
I DO hope this is some lame attempt to be funny on the 1st of April...
