War R.P. rules Any player may just cut in , and may help any naton in the war.
The R.P. may involve damage and Kill counts, but must be within reason.

My militarist nation, famed for their SpecOps/mercenary forces, is always eager to intrude in affairs in which we have no vested interest.

What is the impetus of this conflict? Water rights? Border dispute? Soccer game? Argument about size of genitalia?
