The nationstate of Unstable People in a press conference announced the first test flight of their Global Range Recce/Strike Aircraft nicked named the "Hypersoar".
Though much information was not released but the project is rumoured to cost over a $1 Billion in research itself though the unit cost of the aircraft is still being speculated. The programme has been critisied by many of the other nation states as Unstable People is going thru its worst period of economic turmoil.
Unstable people have a long standing border dispute with the nation state of Darthisthan, with which it has fought 4 wars and several skirmishes. This programme will definitely tip the scales in the balance of power in the region.
