RBA is looking at Setting up s Mutual Defense Pact for any Nation Alliance or Region to Join, This is basically just a Simple Agreement for Defense Between the Alliances Nations and Regions Involved to get the Defense From such a Massive Alliance as the RBA and other Alliances Nations and Regions. We have Learned from NWO that putting a Structure on something so Big is Impossible, so what will Happen is the Alliances Nations and Regions will keep all there power and there will be no Higher government telling them what to do.

The Nations will Keep all of there Freedoms while having the knowledge in the back of there minds that they are defended by Alliances Regions and Nations that could defend them from ANYTHING that NS has to Offer.

I hope a Lot of Alliances Nations and Regions Take up this Offer from the RBA!

If there is an Internal Conflict Within the Pact, The Pact will not Act, but if nations do get involved they get involved at there own Will.

If a Nation Alliance or Region is attacked by an outside Nation they will have to be Defended, Unless the invading nation has Rights to invade That nation and not invading it For Imperialistic Ideals or so on.

We are hoping a Lot of Nations Alliances and Regions are Prepared to Join this new Pact by the RBA!

We would also like to state that this Defence Pact is very easy flowing and doesn't give power to people outside the Regions or Alliance it is just basic rules with a Basic purpose of Defence from the RBA.

They occasionally help on the forums by RP'in troops to me and stuff. This Technically isn't an Alliance it is a Mutual Defense Pact which basically means you will be defended by other alliances if you are invaded by an Alliance Region or Nation out side of the Pact, So basically this is good for new nations as it gives them Defense while not having to give support to an alliance they may normally not agree on.

If you read the start it is designed to keep the power in the Alliances Regions and Nations, the only thing about this is just a Pact about Mutual defense between Alliances Regions and Nations, it is open to any one who wishes defense. It is designed so it wont blow up like NWO because there wont be a high arky ruling over it all.

The Federation of JiangGuo would like to enter this defense pact. Currently our nation is small and will not be able to contribute greatly to this Pact. However, we hope thay with time we will be able to contribute to our common defense.

A think-tank group in JiangGuo National University suggested that a carefully worded charter should be drawn for the conditions of the Alliance, so that any situations with member nations can be dealt with in an agreed manner. (Eg. A Civil War, which side to support OR Does each nation have its say in whether to contribute in another's defense)

We believe it would be a good idea to have a look at a Chapter so we could look it over and possibly adopt any ideas that we could like.

We would like to also help with the political aspects of the mutual defense pact. While we only have one true style of treaty, perhaps it could provide the framework for a more advanced multilateral document.
