The Dictatorship of Tiff will accept a limited number of freedom fighters, known to their enemies as 'terrorists.' We have rugged, mountainous terrain to assist them in hiding from their enemies. We will provide them with hiding, money, arms, and anything else they may need, within the best of our ability.
