OOC: This will be more of a diplomatic RP but it may escalate into war.
Anyone may claim that the reporters (with crew) killed are their citizens.

News Reader: The international community is in chock as a massacre was witnessed in TV yesterday.
*A film clip is shown where a few people stands on a small boat with cameras. Several small rubberboats comes in hi-speed from the opposite direction and runs past them. Soon after a destroyer catches up to the boat the reporters are standing on.
Zerxonian soldiers begins boarding the boat.
After the reporters identify themselves the sergeant says something and the soldiers open fire, mowing down the reporters then the camera goes black.*
News Reader: Zerxonia is a country with only the state press allowed and foreign reporters are only allowed to visit certain areas. While some reporters have tried to leave these areas this is the first time Zerxonian soldiers have resorted to killing them. The reporters were thought to be on their way to a small island called Carzon that lies in a forbidden area. We switch to our reporter in place at the Zerxonian capitol.
Reporter: The Zerxonian government officials refuses to answer any questions and the Czar is even less willing to spe- *a man runs up to her*
Man: *is extremely nervous* The UN must the killings on Carzon. The Zerxonian navy has blocked any escape from the island-
*suddenly APCs arrive and soldiers runs out*
Zerxonian Sergeant: Grab him!
*the Man is dragged away by Zerxonian soldiers into one of the APCs while screaming to the reporter about telling the UN*
Zerxonian Sergeant: *Takes the camera and smashes it towards the ground, the screen goes black*
