That's right, everyone's favourite Empire* has acquired another Colony!
*(Well, I'm rather fond of it...) :D
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Royce I accepted the Official Handover of the territory known as "Glimmer Twins" from the Fuhrer of The Neu Reich of Kryozerkiar this morning.
Glimmer Twins is now a Colonial Overseas Territory of the Roycelandian Empire, and the Imperial Guard and Imperial Airforce have been deployed to the area to ensure a peaceful transition.
All persons currently residing in Glimmer Twins have been granted Roycelandian Citizenship, with the option to also retain the citizenship of their former owner if they so desire.
This brings Roycelandia's number of Colonial Overseas Territories to Three, comprising:
Roycelandian East Africa
Coral Palm Island
Glimmer Twins.
A Governor-General will be appointed shortly, and the current parliament will stay in power until the end of their term, at which point new elections will be held.
