Arthur Giovanni was nervous. This was his first job as ambassador. This should be Glenn Scott's job, but he was busy with the chick from Aeira.
He called in his secretary
'Ms. Green, can you come in for a moment?'
'Yes, sir?' she asked, openning the door.
'Do you know if we have anyone available to visit their country?'
'I don't believe so, sir. I'll look into it right away.'
'Oh, take your time. It should be a while before they arrive. What you can do, though, is find a place for them to stay, arrange a meeting place, etcetera.'
'Of course sir, right away.'

It was the next afternoon.
'Sir, we have everything scheduled. They will arrive at the Makrinikolas National Airport, in the city of Miragre. From there we will take them via limo, for the president, and van for the security detail, to the Angel Wings Plaza. It's a five-star hotel, the best in the area. The negotiations will be held at city hall. They have a lovely meeting hall, which should be quite large enough.'
'Thank you, Ms. Green. Now, if you would be so kind as to come with me to the negotiations?'
'Why, Mr. Giovanni, I would be most delighted to come. I do say you seem to be coming on to me.' She batted her eyes, then winked.
'We'll, when this is over, if we can't take a vacation to their country, just for fun.' He winked back. 'Now, I will call Lord Dale, if you would kindly call Mr. Scott for me.'
He called in his secretary
'Ms. Green, can you come in for a moment?'
