Idea: Rocket/Space-Based UCAV Deployment vehicle

Just a crazy Idea I want your input on:

How about a large rocket, that can hold several Unmanned bombers in its cargo hold? Simply fire them into space/upper atmosphere, and they come back down over your enemy's nation, pop open, let all their ucavs out, and the UCAVs go to work targetting enemy structures and blowing them up with more precision than any ICBM. heck, the carrier rocket itself could carry some warhead on it.

Or what about a couple Sattelites that have UCAVs in drop-pods that can be dropped from space, go through re-entry, then break otu of the pods and attack?

Just a few random ideas... mainly cuz I feel like modelling a rocket for something :P

The risk is that it may be mistaken for an ICBM, and most people automatically assume an ICBM is carrying nuclear weapons, which leads to a nuclear response.

Actually, we have a system called "Puppet Warrior" that involves converted UCSNE "ASCENDER" ICBMs loaded with UCAVs. Puppet Warrior carried about 5 "AirHawk" UCAVs instead of MIRVs, and other versions were used to drop GPS guided albative/DU rods on large targets. A satellite version was considered, but has not been made.
