The Shadowmoon Clan Night Fleet has come up with a problem with our orbital weapons research for creation of a non-nuclear MLRS satellite "Nemesis" which would deploy 100-200 smart bombs on the pre-scanned locations. The use for this satellite would be to diminish a country's SAM and SDI capabilities with less human casualties possible,or halt an invading fleet without toxic or nuclear pollution.
However, that project is halted because it would require an explosive for these bombs, that would be times stronger than these currently available to us.
If someone would provide us such an explosive, we are prepared to pay a lot of money for it.

Exactly how big of a 'boom' do you want?

In that case, would you like an antimatter-based warhead? It's about 50x stronger than conventional warheads.

We need a explosive powerful enough to destroy a SDI installation with a single or at most a few bombs,and compact enough to put a bout a hundred of these in a single sat.

What tech is Anti-Matter explosives(Shadowmoon is modernTech), and what do they cost?

Antimatter-based explosives are post-modern, yet can be adapted... we have a higher rate of development than most other nations.

Any nuclear pollution?
If you have Anti-Matter weapons, could you make Red Mercury?
I think it would suit our goals, and doesn't sound that offencive.

There is no nuclear pollution (I understand matter/antimatter annihilation reactions pretty well, and the only waste is a few stray subatomic particles). As for the Red Mercury, I am not familiar with it.

Interesting. Only my regions weapons sattilite is nuclear and advanced plasma laser system (the laser takes care of SAM batteries and any other small target, althoug the laser overheats very quickly and usually damages itself) My nation is researching in high explosives but we have resently come up with an advanced satchel charge. Its powerfull, covers a base radius of around 20 feet, that is how much area the explosion covers but the shock can kill anyone from 25 feet from the epicenter of the explosion. I could probably sell you some of the material but I cannot send you missle caseings because this is mainly for demolitions with our special forces.

@Aanmericaa : can you sell us the technology for that explosive?
as for missile casings, we are going to have to develop a new one for this purpose.
BTW we considered laser in the first place, but outruled it because of mid-atmosphere dissipation would require too much energy to break through.

Crap... well, is there any other technology I can interest you in?

Other current topic for Night Fleet is orbital insertion... though we already outruled "Orbital", we can still drop it from things like B2. However, that would require a landing pad that won't be too easy to shoot down.
(the original use for Nemesis is to cover such a drop)
Also we are considering EMP AA cannon on basis of infrared laser and a EM lens,but that is questionable..
