This war is ONLY for the members of the regions Questionable and the Beautiful Caribbean. If you are not in either of these regions, do not attempt to join either this war or either of the regions. Here are the basic rules:
1. No godmodding (this basically means to try and keep it realistic - ie. don't say "Killcorr launches 9562853248 nukes at Guakamoly". It's just not fun for everyone that way.
2. No nukes or other WMDs - keep to conventional weapons, otherwise it gets too confusing.
3. Send me the percentage of your population in the military (the accepted level is around 5%). This will make sure that things don't get too far out of hand.
4. It's better to focus on individual people and events rather than talking about the general course of the war (ie. Talk about a conference of leaders rather than saying "BYZANTlNE forces capture Catalia").
5. NEVER report on another player's causalities - leave this to them.
