Government to build CO2 to O2 converters

Using bio-research from it's bio-warfare department, devices to be known as "Oxygenators" are to be built near factories which emit high levels of CO2 and other pollutants. These use special "super-chlorophyl" to convert CO2 to O2 like plants do but in areas heavy polluted and where plants will die. The devices will also act as anti-pollutant devices with a "Scrubber" attached to them.

Environment minister Cassie Goldstein spoke to the press "We hope this will reduce our CO2 emissions and enable us to comply with Kyoto protocol. We must act now or Jeruselem will surely pay for it's lack of attention in protecting our environment."

We turn into carbon filters for water purificiation for our sewerage systems. Used up filters get put into "dead" soil to let the nutrients release and make it more usable.

More technical info

Scrubbers need clean-out once a month and replaced once every 5 years
Oxygenators need replenishing (remove dead chlorophyl) once very 3 months and replaced once every 6 years.

Scrubber waste disposed as normal (can't do much with that pollution)
Carbon handled as above.

Cost per factory
- Scrubber $10 million, 4 million maintenance
- Oxygenator $15 million, 3 million maintenance

The ASA is interested in buying this absolutly brilliant device. The amount we are interested in is around 50000 of these devices. Pollution in our nation has been a slowly-growing problem. Thank you.

I believe it does, there are "oxygenaters" that bombard an oxygen particle with oxygen itself, and supposedly that "cleans" it and adds an extra Oxygen particle, so instead of O2 it becomes O3
