The Overseer of the Continental Viking Dominion has seen it fit to put 20% of the entire armed forces of the dominion up for hire in any foreign war.The Dominion now has 22 members states with approximately 3.5billion population.Our troops are some of the finest in the world and are battle hardend from 2 recent wars,Th Red Tide war (against external communist aggressors) and the very recent Phoenix war between the rest of the Confederated Vikings region.The dominion lives by the creed "Strength through Unity" and will stand by its respective employers provided the price is right and the possibility of victory is resonable.The price will be decided after Liom consults the other Dominion members and makes a threat asessment of the situation.

The Pan-Snug (consisting of Snuggle-topia, Snugland, Snugdovia, Snuglonia, Snugglestan, Kristorg, Free Kristorg, and Moloneystan) will, as loyal members of the Dominion, pledge 20% of our Army Forces to the Dominion's Mercenary Army. This amounts (at present) to approximately 200,000 fighting men, and a further 800,000 support staff. Details of our Naval and Air Force commitment will be published at a later date.
