The Democratic Republic Of Terra Pacifica government ratified a new constitution for the Colony State of Neo Pacifica which is a newly established society and Colony State under the Terra Pacifican banner located 600 km north of the New Zealand Region and was signed by Head of State, Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi.
By ratifing this new constitution it allows the Provisional Government of Neo Pacifica to establish their own democratically elected government but will still be officially under Terra Pacifica's scope of influence and must be consulted when it comes to new bills to be ratified and changes in the constitution.
There will also be a few changes in the Terra Pacifican Armed Forces higharchy. The Military will still fall under control of the DRTP Head Government but will be renamed the Republican Armed Forces and will be used by both the Democratic Republic of Terra Pacifica and the Colony State of Neo Pacifica.
Taxes Income will be controlled under Terra Pacifica and will decide how to distribute budgets to it's colonies. There will also be a slight tax on it's citizens to help maintain the Republic of Pacifica and the Commonwealth during these hard times. This of course will remain under Federal Juristiction. Same will go for the Economy.
When reached for comment Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi, now newly named President Alan Ryo Takashi, Head of State of the Republic Of Pacifica he just simply sent this message to the people.
"We here have embarked on a great new crusade to begin expanding our borders and our way of life. To spread our joyous influence and to promote unity, peace and equality amongst our new brothers. We here have gained a new step hold into the building of a great new Pacifican Society and begun our campaign to expand and to rush up support for our crusade against Islamic Terrorism to purge this planet of Islamic Terror and to rebuild a strong Pacifican Society in it's place!"
With that President Alan Ryo Takashi returned to his chambers to discuss the mining process for a newly discovered deposit of uranium which is the reason why they place claim on the medium sized island, rumours preceive that the government is moving in and has began to deport citizens to Neo Pacifica to begin to create jobs in the new factories and mine uranium for what Military Flag Staff are rumoured to be developing a Nuclear Weapon.
