Far off the coast of Thelas, a ship moved through the water. Next to her, a Grav-ship settled down. A boarding plank extended from the grav-ship and a lone figure walked across. Another elf met him,

“Do you have the cargo”

“Aye”

“Finally, we will get those Noldorin dogs.” “So you mean to go through with this?”

“Why else would we ask for some 600,000 TIC-6; 90,000 SBSW-3; 50 SRSAAG; 25 LRGSAG; 50 LIM-1; and 900 Zero Fighters.”

“Good point, let’s get this transferred”

Within minutes the massive cargo containers had been transferred. And the Thelasi ships slipped below the waves, then, the other cargo ship moved off into the distance.

Within hours of the cargo vessels arrival back in Mocir, the weapons were being handed out. Fighter pilots were being trained, and the missile launches were firing dud missiles out into the air.

OOC: Okay, basically if any one even saw that, the Thelasi ship was almost unidentifiable.

At a base in the nation of Mocir, groups of “freedom fighters” trained. Most nations would call these people terrorists, but they thought of themselves as avengers of the Sindarin elves massacred by the Noldor in the Second Age.

They had been given weapons by Anera Corporation of Thelas, and were now training themselves in the new weapons use. Their most deadly weapon was the SRSAAG. These were designed to be taken apart and smuggled into a nation piece by piece. And for what these terrorists planned, they would have to be good about it.

Their target was Menelmacar. They were going to try (over a period of several years) to slip pieces of the SRSAAGs into Menelmacar and set them up. When the time came, they would target civilian ships, and destroy them. Then, they would make it look like the Roanians had committed these crimes. But before their major blows, they would make life hell for the Menelmacari.

In a back street of the Crystal City, a group of Menelmacari tourists were walking, they were taking holo-photos of the government buildings in the Crystal City. Then, out of the shadows, shots fired. When a group of Thelasi soldiers arrived, they found the tourists dead. One had survived the attack, and had been raped. From what on site DNA testing had said, by a human.

When the Thelasi Army began the investigation, they determined that the weapons had been part of a shipment that had been reported lost by Anera corporation, and assumed stolen. The murders and rapist were IDed as part of the Sindarin Liberation Task Force or SLTF, a radical anti-Menelmacari group led by a former TMI officer.

The Thelasi government quickly paid reparations to the families of those killed (2,000,000 MC to each of the 12 families), and launched a full investigation. None of the culprits were found.
