He did comrade. Each Parish is like a state in the U.S. These people are like delegates to Communist Louisiana's congress(The Peoples Congress). As you see a majority of the congress is Communist and I think the nationalist are 2nd in majority. Plus Premier DuFour and his cabinet are communist/socialist.

Thats Premier DuFours uncle. Avoyelles Parish is also where a majority of Louisiana's DuFour's live and come from even though Premier DuFour is not from their originally.
