Somewhere, on one of the trash and plague ridden islands of Haiti, a sinister organization of terrorists from all over the world meet to discuss ways, means and other subjects. Haiti hereby extends a secret (OOC: meaning you may not bomb us, etc.) invitation to terrorists nations the world over to participate, and to feel free to post initiatives or topics for discussion.

What is the best way to kill enemies of your ideology?

Haiti would have to say child suicide bombers. They are very effective in that the enemy soldiers are so stunned they typically do not shoot the children before they blow themselves up. They can also be charged with carrying various nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. They're very easy and cost effective to brainwash as well.

OOC: Haiti consists of only one island doesn't it?

(ooc: In RL, yes. But in game, Haiti has thrown all of its trash out to sea and built islands out of them.

Tarris' spy satellite is now trying to locate that island....
