Soulfly7x vows to crush Evil Empire
The Rogue Nation of Soulfly7x has moved to the 666th Dimension of Hell in hopes to crush the "Evil Empire" and bring hope, elections, and democracy to the region.
The 666th Dimension of Hell is ruled by 2 superpowers: The Armed Republic of All Powerful Satan, a cruel, Atheistic, tyranny, that barcodes its people, opresses, and intimidates them, and refuses to allow any element of democratic process. The Rogue Nation of Soulfly7x is a free, democratic nation attempting to bring democracy to the "Evil Empire". The AROAPS has introduced a space based military campaign, and 13 Hellseeker nuclear warhead equipped ICBMs, resolving to "Destroy all that is good and Godly." Soulfly7x hopes to avoid a devasting war through the use of covert ops and importing democratic ideals, but is currently in the process of developing its own Military programs.
We DEMAND that Soulfly 7x stop its military build up immediatly, or we shall attack, without warning. We also demand that all elections be banned imediately in all nations. We pledge to destroy all that is good and Godly in this world with our 13 new Hellseeker Nuclear warhead equipped ICBMs if our demands are not immediately met. This is your only warning.

You must stop this madness. I'm sure that diplomacy can solve any possible problems that may be occuring between your 2 nations. There is no need to cause the end of the world Soulfly 7x. Be reasonable and give them what they want and they will leave you alone. We also recommend inspectors going into APS and determining if they really are developing nuclear weapons. If they are not, and I am sure they aren't, we will be happy to oblige by supplying APS with them in exchange for enough francs. What we need here is more appeasement, not mutually assured destruction.

Good luck with this. Although we wish to get involved, we are not that fanatical about democracy or dictatorship. We will monitor situations and urge all parties involved to undertake nuclear proliferation.
