Vladimir Putin brings to you the RBA's (Red Bloc Armies) Policy Code named "RED HAMMER" which is mean't for the protection of COmmunist nations all over the world.

Throughout time, Capitalist nations have been preying on Communist and Socialists alike just because they disagree with their beliefs. RED HAMMER is a policy that the RBA will adopt and hopefully many other nations will for peace and political stability.

It will involve
- Starting rebel groups in Communist nations which have been conquered
- Spying on unfriendly nations
- supplying weapons and support communist nations not in RBA
- Going to war when necessary.

We are not to get involved when
- The Communist nation is the aggressor
- The Nation breaks international laws

Illegal, as in they get sent to jail. I wont get into chellis's jail system, which some call unjust... but needless to say, the communists arent treated any worse than other prisoners...Albiet concentrated.
