Yes. The one I posted under a little known puppet nation in II with a misnamed topic got more hits than the "proper" one I posted around the same time under Nanakaland in NS.

It seems like you've figured it out. You just click on where you want the topic to go (ex: I want to start a new thread entitled "CFAC: WMDs." So I click on the CFAC subforum, and scroll down to the bottom. You'll see New Topic right next to poll You want to click on new topic. Then post normally, making sure that you include a title. Then, when you are ready to post, there is a Post New Topic button that you need to click. There. It isn't that tough. :)
