If we bought the RelicArms Enviromental Suit now could the additions be added later or must they be built into the armor?

Yes, all the upgrades can be installed or uninstalled under field conditions without any specialized tools.

It has come to our attention that due to slight financial perils we will only be able to purchase 500 of these suits though we hope to have every policeman in are small police force eventually wearing this armor. So when can the suits be delivered?

1 NS Month, and they are well worth the investment. While we don't condone police brutality, we can certainly make it easier and cooler looking :-D.

Of course not we are far from a police state 7 million people but upon last inspection only 4000 registered officers which also double as our army. The difference between them and normal police is they are trained in a variety of areas only a few of which are violent.
