It is being changed to neutral as I just saw your other post. But remember you are being held to it.

I have now edited the list of evil nations and it is now clear that Al Anbar is internationally isolated.

Saddam sought to destroy the coalition by signing a treaty with one its members thinking this would give him what he wanted. However, instead, the coalition against his ambitions for mid east conquest and domination continues to grow despite the loss of a member who decided to apease Al Anbar for the benefit of illicit oil contracts.
