The Central Phase-Construct of the Phoenix Reborn hereby commences "Live-Fire Combat Exercises" among the nations of Phase-Algorithm: Death's Gate, as a solution to resolving our internal disputes.

Reasons for Commencing this "Live-Fire Combat Exercise":

:arrow: Attempts to cause political unrest among the members of PA:DG
:arrow: Direct Threats to make war upon our newer members with no discernable causes

As a final response to the accumulated actions of the Special Interest Corporation of the Ringing Phone, which includes but not necessarily covers general disrespectfulness of one's heritage, attempts to unbalance the distribution of power within the Region of Phase-Algorithm: Death's Gate by way of insinuation of falsities, and unfounded proclamations of War upon innocent nations, the Central Phase-Construct of the Phoenix Reborn invites the Special Interest Corporation of the Ringing Phone to engage in Warfare of the First Class.

1 All Project Restrictions are Hereby Disbanded: All Military Operations may commence immediately without need to prepare.
2 Projects shall Continue on schedule without influence from this "war".
3 All Roleplaying must be IC, OOC actions shall be ridiculed.
4 All NBC (Nuclear/Biological/Chemical) Weapons are banned from this war.
5 Only the Nations of Phoenix Reborn, Many Ducks, Ringing Phone, Delgos, and Rise of the Phoenix may participate, no help from outside the region shall be allowed.
6 Every Attempt to follow the International Codes of Warfare shall be made: (i.e. Refraining from harming unarmed citizens, courteous treatment of POWs, withholding from Scorched Earth Policy, etc.)
