Coalition against Al Anbar

Whittier
27-03-2004, 23:29
Today, in response to Al Anbar's ruthless rape and occupation of two nations, Kuwait and Suadi Arabia, in violation of international law,
whittier is creating a coalition of nations willing to oppose Saddam's aggression and brutality.
Saddam is a cruel tyrant who tortures and massacres his own people, even to the point of using chemical weapons on them.
Not content with this, he launched a failed invasion of Kuwait. Then he invaded Lebanon. And the world did nothing.
Now he is again occupying and raping the people of Kuwait.
He is now raping and pillaging the people of Saudi Arabia.
Based on the actions of Saddam, we asking nations to join a coalition to liberate Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Lebanon.

The Arab Socialist Republic of Al Anbar would like to point out that there has been no "rape" of any body and there has been no international law broken. There has been no brutality against the people of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, or Saudi Arabia.

However, we would like to point out the fact that Whittier wished to invade both Israel and Al Anbar for absolutely no reason. If we can be accused of "breaking international law" for establishing security within the Middle East, then you too were breaking "international law" when you tried to invade these two countries.

Whittier, dont get started on international law. Your threats to invade Israel broke your own treaty.
Those forces were never sent.
And the ones that were sent to LE were to enter Israel as peacekeepers, but since you were hostile to the whole idea, they never went cause you prefer the ongoing war between jews and arabs to peace in the region.
Now we are not talking about an intifada or rebellion we are talking the invasion of a soverign state by an evil madman dictator who forces people to mutiliate themselves on election day and goes around bullying his neighbors.
Remember, it was not long ago that he threatened to destroy Israel.

No invasion was ever attempted. You however, have invaded at least 5 soverign nations.

You made that statement right after LowerEgypt made a treaty with Fluffywuffy and other nations to create a state of Israel in the LE's then province of Israel.

25,000 Marines have moved from LowerEgypt's capital province into the LE province of Jordan.

We would also like to add that the invasion of Lebanon was purely a defensive action. The Lebanese government supported fundamentalists that assault Syrian citizens in Al Anbar and attacked our defensive installations. They did not stop them when they returned to Lebanon and allowed these cross-border assaults to go on for several months before we were forced to act and remove them.

The history of the region proves that there can be no peace between the two sides unless the whole region is occupied by outside power, that maintains peace between the two.

IC:

The Freethinker Government has analysed to the best of its abilities the current situation, and to its best conclusions, has decided that in the interests of regional and global security and development that we would support the regime of Al Anbar, and wishes to make its feelings plain on the matter.

Although this is a trivial detail, because we wish to strengthen Al Anbar, and ourselves, we have decided to implement plans to open up the possibility of exploiting the area's natural resources for our mutual benefit. Therefore, we would like to set up the possiblity for us to purchase outright many of the oilfield contracts in the region. This will provide us with steady and secure sources of oil till our domestic capacity is bought up to full production, and the influx of hard foreign currency as well of thousands of new jobs would of course benefit your nation.

Should you accept this, then we will seek ourselves to garauntee our own supply. Attacks on our oil VLCCs and ULCCs, as well as Freethinker personnel, would result in immediate, effecttive, and total military countering to neutralise the threat.

Please reply with what you think...

Most interesting all you guys support the right of Israel to be an independent state yet you want to take that same right away from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Whittier hereby imposes sanctions on all nations allied with that brutal genocidal madman, Saddam Hussein.
All trade between members of the Whittier Pact and members of Saddam's alliance of evil is hereby banned.
