Nor can rpgs go through thick fortified walls as the walls of Saddam's palaces are in RL.
IN RL rpgs are used only to attack positions such as guard points.
Stingers, antitank missiles are better weapons for sophisticated terrorists.
Also, you can't just walk into a nation. All nations have border procedures, even those not on a terror alert.
And no terror groups has unlimited funding and resources. Weapons and recruits cost big money. People don't just sign up to blow themselves up for free, you either have to pay their families huge sums of money (in the tens millions of dollars per family) or you have to force them to do it by threatening to kill their families. Even Al Qaeda does not have unlimited funds. Nor do they have unlimited recruits.

Most likely Israel though, cause that is where the real IJ is located and operates. In fact, I have never heard of them operating outside of Israel.

IJ, could you contact any terror nations you may be associated with and tell them that my nation is a nation of city-states and mercenaries, and does not give anyone trouble unless trouble is brought to us. I want to make this clear so that I don't get hit by any upcoming terror attacks and that you don't waste your resources on a nation that is militaristic but not imperialistic.

OOC: As __Taiwan has said, you could use a front organization, with a nicer sounding name, to "set up shop". If my country only knew that the organization was Islamic, and didn't know about its connections with IslamicJihad, it'd be against its laws to turn you away.

On the other hand, schools are regulated in my nation. Primary and secondary schools have to be accreditted by the government, and to be accreditted, you would have to teach certain subjects that you might not wish to teach, such as the theory of evolution (of course, you would only be required to teach about it, not to tell your students to believe it). There is also government accreditation for post-secondary schools, but such schools aren't required to be accreditted.

The People's Republic of Kay Son would like to inform you that such a proposal is laughable and any attempts to attack Kay Son citizens or soil will be met with extreme force.

Haiti wholeheartedly supports IslamicJihad and sends 1,000 child suicide bombers to assist with its goals. Haiti's massive army of slave-mujahideen and arsenal of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons are also at the beck and call of this nation should it require aid in the extermination from the infidels.

I was merely showing that religious wars and such are superficial and stupid in my opionion. I wouldn't declare war for such frivilous reasons.

How could you be a threat to countries that are not Islam (such as myself). You are barely 2 RL days old which means your population is only 7 million. As for doing acts of terrorism, your puny nation would be quickly destoryed. The CKZ is is against terriorism, and will aid any nation that you do an act of terrorism against.

You guys need a new angle. After about the 300,000th Jihad against the west post it gets old and boring. How about a Jihad against yourselves? You could detonate bombs inside caves full of yourselves at terrorist meetings. I bet CNN would give you sympathy.
