Doujin, given your current upgrade on the nautical food chain, the Mestionian Navy proposes the following offer.

For the longest time our neighbor Azerio has been troubling us with tariffs and what not when using her waters for oceanic transport of goods. Recently, they have begun seizing Mestionian ships not in accordance with Azerian nautical law.

The Mestionian Navy therefore proposes that Doujin use this new weapon along side Mestionian ships of war (Impressive in their own right) to enforce the freedom of the seas insofar as our belligerent neighbor is concerned. In exchange for your commitment, you will be paid an annual fee by the Mestionian Merchant Marine and may keep any goods or specie you may commandeer while patrolling these waters. Do we have an accord?

Is there not another route you could take, detour around Azerian waters?
Mestionian

Yes, but that would require traveling clear around our own coastline, an additional 3,000+ miles. Economically speaking, Azerian waters are the only way for Mestionian goods to see foreign markets.
Muktar

Muktar has many mercenaries available. Included among these are Attack Boats from the island city of Visira. Not only do they make good attackers, but also formidable escorts as well. See the Great Bazaar for more details.

Then make the 3,000+ mile trip. Doujin will not needlessly enter itself into conflict.

We are in no need of ships, we have plenty, and dozens more in production as per order of the Mestionian Parliament. However, Doujin's Naval Support would ease the burden on our overly deployed sailors and make a pretty penny for all sides involved.

Hmmm, perhaps this could a matter for the OMP, eh, Doujin?

After we have our final meeting and sign the OMP in as a real organization, quite possibly. Mestionia, contact us in 2-3 RL days.
