Yes, they are the newest and greatest in biological destruction!

The only goal of Tribbles in life is to eat and breed. Two tribbles at any point will produce so many that they are virtualy impossible to kill. They have proved to be quite resistant to other bio/chemical weapons.
Prelimenary reports are that givin an Earth type environment and suitable breeding conditions two tribbles could cover North America's (the real one) entire landmass in one month.
And aside from that they are just sooooooo cute!

I'm pretty sure they taste pregnant. They are born pregnant, if I'm not mistaken. As such, you only need one to create something like Acigoo, but cuter.
