With the completion of the ISC Terra (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=132318&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=40) Scellia has created the largest modern space station ever attempted. However after the completion of the station several more nations expressed interest in the project, so a follow up space station was proposed. With the industry of the ISC Terra avalible the cost to build another massive station is halved, and the propsed ISC Luna will only be half the size of ISC Terra.
