The Armed Republic of Upper Xen-
Upper Xen's O'Reilly Institute for Special Operations and Counter Terrorism has begun accepting offers for training form outside sources, and is willing to send instructors abroad to help newer countries or city/government authorities set up Counter-Terrorism/Insurgency programs.
Cost is US$50,000 for a platoon, US$200,000 for four companies (supplies provided), and US$2500 per month for "renting" instructors.
The disciplines are:
Psychological Warfare (Hearts and Minds)
Training of Local Indeginous Personnel
(Optional) Cavalry Training for Special Ops
Urban Combat/SWAT Tactics
Helicopter Insertion and Assault
Vehicle Training
General Firearms Training (Western and Soviet Bloc)
Sniper/Camoflauge Training
Field Survival Skills
Navigation and Tracking
Bomb Defusing and Explosives
Counter-Intelligence for Law Enforcement
This represents a new opportunity for newer nations eager to train paramilitary forces or Special Ops groups. It also makes for a unique opportunity for training police(gov't/city) in SWAT tactics, as well as preparing law enforcement agencies and armies in general to fight terrorism and guerrillas.
