For the past couple of months, Star Armada Corporations across the nation of Stevid have been working on a deadly computer virus, which has the ability to fry the hard drive of some of the most durable and safest of super computers. It is called the T- Computer Virus.
The computer virus is near impossible to detect once it enters the computer before it’s too late. It mimics the way cancer attacks the body, but instead of anti- bodies, the virus attacks any part of the computer, which can offer sufficient resistance to destroy the virus.

Once the virus eliminates all resistance in the computer, it sets to work destroying the data inside the computer. The virus can be configured to infect all the systems in the computer and transmit the data that the virus has found to a rely station. The transmission can be traced, but by the time it is, it will be too late, and the “enemy” will have information on what your military capabilities are and what you had for lunch yesterday.

But as yet, only Stevid has the anti- virus for this T-Virus, it is still on the experimental stage but Star Armada Corporation has made thousands of computer virus’ that have worked, the T- Virus are no different to those with the only exception that it has been built on a larger scale.

The virus, unfortunately, can’t be transferred to a computer by a computer, allied computer or not it will attack. The only way to implant the virus is to put it in manually. So this virus is only for nations whom have an excellent secret service.

The virus is contained in a simple manor, an (A) drive floppy disk.
It is also simple to use, pop in the disk in the relevant port and wait for it to load up. Before you should put the disk in, load up the computer itself. When the disk is inserted, on the screen will be a pop up after a couple of minutes which will ask whether you want to set an uplink with the relay station to receive assimilated by the virus, or if you want the computer data fried.

It’s as simple as that.

Also, keep an eye out for more topics on computer viruses. Star Armada Corporations are currently working on the X- Computer Virus.

V- Virus……………..£50,000 (Trusted allies will have access to the anti- virus)

Anti- V- Virus………£70,000

the administrator sighs, then begins to type a transmission

>message: Stevid: Star Armada Corporation.

on behalf of the Wisewood instute for biological science i would like to place an order for one instance of the V - Virus, this is to be used for reserch and education into the effects of cancerous orginisms. This will also be used to reserch the effects of electronic viral infection on a biological computer network

Rights held by the manafactures will not be broken (ie, we will not attempt to reliece or resell modified viruses)

Yours in Honour, Crios Fallenleaf. Professor of Administrandum
....

>>end:

It was nearly summerfest... it would be an early gift for the bord reserchers, it would help boost moral and take the focus off the political instibility..

Firstly, Unified Sith, Huzen Hagen is my ally and has been since the conflict with Credonia.

CairnTarra, you order has been noted, we comend you for using this virus to look into the effects of cancer and not using it for military reasons.

How will you use the virus and for what purpose?

We are intrested in the virus as well for military and, more-importantly, economic reasons.

Floppy drives, how primitive. There havent been floppy disks in my nation for over 150 years. Glad to see we're protected from this virus.

it has to be put on manually? not much of a virus then, is it? You could always make it so it checks the location of the computer by pinging assorted servers around the world to check it's inside the nation you wanted it to be, and then have it activated by a specifically-designed packet (like certain distributed viruses have been recently IRL).

Then again most government computers (IRL, and definately in my nation) are airgapped (i.e. not connected to the internet) so I guess that system wouldn't work, either...

Still, a program that needs to be inserted manually is still a bit useless, as this 'secret service' operative would have to make it to the central server, as it's unlikely regular computers would have the ability to transfer files, or change settings on, a central server.

That's what the X- Virus is for, it will be designed to be transmitted via a computer.

Also, having it inside a floppy is in its way a good thing. Who would expect it.
So if you guys are just going to take the piss, go a make your own and sit and watch me use mine on you.

Thank you very much.

70,000 for the anti-virus? I think making your nations secret service do a lot of counter-intelligence would be a cheaper idea.....
How much for the X-Anti-Virus?

The Empire of Layarteb urges you to release the virus upon yourself without using the "antedote" and then think twice about selling it.
Communist Louisiana

Communist Louisiana doesnt fear this virus. It will be hard to infiltrate our systems b/c we our the only ones(I think as of now) who have schools for Special Ops. Units for hacking and disableing networks. We have more than 2000 of these special units and nations send us their people to train.

Dude, my secret service is state of the art.
With a little time and money, i could possibly get in and plant the virus.
Oh it is possible to destroy the virus without the antidote, but (just cancer) bloody 'ard to kill.

Star Armada Corporations are currently working on the X- virus and the antidote. I haven't got a date for it's release.

Before an office block was knocked down in my nation, the virus was planted in the network system, of course all other conections like the internet were disconnected from the network, the virus was a sucess and so was the anti- virus. The T-Virus is a sucess and will be for a long time to come...
29-03-2004, 16:56
I'll take 2000 disks and 500 antidotes.

Money wired.
