In recent times i have seen my homeland of Northern Ireland invaded by illegal Terrorists, championed by this Champion of Cowards, The Holy Empire of Prodigal Fenian. Despite the diplomatic process he would not leave and thus decided to impose his tyrannical rule over the whole region. Thus it is not just for myself that i fight, but i fight for the honour of the British crown and for the loyal nations of Northern Ireland.
The Fuhrer has thus decided to declare a state of war upon the Holy Empire of Prodigal Fenian.
All military forces are on the second highest alert, DEFCON 2. The 1st and 8th Armies, along with the 3rd Airborne Division, the 1st Army Air Wing, the 4th Armoured Division and the 8th Heavy Armour Division, have been mobilised and are in a 'work-up' state. The 3rd and 4th Fleets have also been mobilised and their current position is classified, as is the position of the 7th and 8th Submarine Forces.
The 2nd Marine Division and the 5th Heavy Marine Division are also in 'work-up'. Numerous air-craft squadrons are also on standby.
As well as conventional military units, the 1st Space Wing has been put on DEFCON 2, this unit is armed with NBC warheads and this activation is simply protocol and is not in any way supposed to be a threat to any involved nations unless Hirgizstanian military doctrine states that it is.
I would like to remind Prodigal Fenian that the Dictatorhsip of Hirgizstan does not wish to go to war, as we are not warmongers. I would wish to see a diplomatic end to this situation and i would hope that with your co-operation this might be achieved.
