A national epidemic of Leprosy has attacked the Community of People Holding Hands this past week! The resulting gangrene effect has caused thousands of our citizens to lose their fingers! Due to this devastating plague, those patriotic citizens cannot join in and hold hands! Please, send aid. Thanks :D

A full medical response team from The Gallafrey Ministry of Health is taking off as we speak.

We have generously welcomed all three countries' medical aid into our humble Community, and are preparing accomodations for all who are helping.

Unfortunately, the plague has spread throughout our lands and more aid is needed.

Those who send medical aid will be repaid with our country's commercial aid consisting of mass quantities of Quizno's subs.

Unfortunately, Shirtland can not offer much in the way of financial or medical aid, given the current state of our economy and our debts. However, our government has approved an emergency bill which will allow any person fleeing the epidemic to seek refuge here, provided they pass a physical after a 30 day quarantine period. Refugees will be eligible for the same free health care and social welfare programs as our citizens, and may apply for citizenship if they wish, without relinquishing citizenship to their nation of origin.

We cannot support or process more than a million refugees, and we will turn anyone away once our capacity has been reached.

15 million Leprosy Treatment Kits were hauled out of storage from Kanuckistan's National Medical Reserve today, and FedEx'd to People Holding Hands for international overnight delivery. Each are designed for the field-treatment of mild to sevear Leprosy, with expected recovery times ranging from 1 to 12 weeks; both paper and solid-state audio documentation of treatment instructions in the dominant language(s) of the recipent nation are included in each kit. 20 million Oral Leprosy Vaccinations are also included, to prevent further spread of the desise.

Distribution of medication will be left up to local authorities, who have been informed by telephone(or equivilent); to reduce chances of a logictics FUBAR, the shipment is clearly labled, and containers made of lexan.

1st thing, no one from People Holding Hands can travel to Jeruselem due to our bio-security protocols.

2nd thing, we are not sending any people to PHH yet.

We will consider what form of aid to send to your unfortunate nation.
