Pakistan
The militants looked at each other, and said a prayer for their last day on the planet. Soon they would be in heaven. They were armed with AK-47s and RPGs, along with tons of C4 strapped to the car they were aiming at the Pakistani General Musharaf's current quarters. As they looked at each other for the last time, they prayed that indeed, al-Qaeda and Islam would gain a fatah over the West.
The Arabs revved up the gas, shot past Pakistani barries while two fired a submachine gun at Pakistani guards and the others fired RPG rounds at the top of the building. Then, with a sickening explosion, the car and all its C4 rammed straight into the building. If al-Qaeda's intelligence had been correct, most of the Pakistani leadership was no more.
Saudi Arabia
The group coalesced in their Japanese made trucks, and slowly made their way towards the US embassy. It was a veritable fortress, but the 20 men were about to crack it. They drove in, RPG rounds and AK-47s helping to force their way inside the compound. They jumped out of their trucks just as they rammed into the US embassy, exploding with a terrific explosion. They went down, machine guns, RPG launchers, and AK-47s blazing as Saudi and American forces pulled themselves together.
Britain
Working with the almost-forgotten IRA, Fatah al-Qaeda militants launched an attack, with the now-characteristic car bomb suicide attack on London's Buckingham Palace. Fortunately, they were force aside by road block in force, killing over 30 police, soldiers, and civilians in the process. Over 50 were wounded.
Al-Anbar
The biggest attack that day, over 35 men coalesced in an alley of Baghdad. Again driving Toyota jeeps and pinpointing locations with GPS, the FAQ muhijadeen accelerated to full speed, jumped out, and watched as the C4 loaded jeeps slammed into one of Saddam Hussein's palaces. About 20 men, heavily armed, manned a fortified position and held off elemtns of the Republican Guard as the rest vanished into Iraq again.
Daikerta
[OOC note: Don't know the geography of your nation, so this is kinda vague]
Following the exact same pattern as the rest of the attacks, car bombs with C4 crashed into a Daikertan building thought to be holding Daikertan leaders or executives.
Japan
Sailing in a ferry to a mall on the island of Hokkaido, 14 al-Qaeda militants opened fire in the main entrance, killing over 40 people and wounding many more. The militants engaged in a shootout with mall/national police until all were killed.
Following the attacks...
Usama Bin Laden and al-Zawahiri congratulated each other in a small cave near the Afghan-Pakistan border as the massive wave of attacks swept the world. Other than the attacks, Fatah al-Qaeda members began moving back into Pakistan after the latest battle with Pakistani army units. al-Zawahiri sought another fight to show off the movement's new focus on martial prowess. In the north, FAQ units began harrassing American and Karzai Afghan units sweeping southeast.
A broadcast was played over Al-Jazeera:
This is the greatest victory Islam has had over the West so far. The West may hunt us, but we will always resurface. The crimes of the nations attacked are well-known and need not be repeated needlessly here. There will be more, until Palestine is again made an Arab state, until Iraq is again made Islamic, until the West leaves Islam to its own, and until the places where Muslims lived are made wholly Islamic. Nations not targeted, be aware that you are next. Heed the warning well.
OOC: Whew, the largest terror attack yet. Reprisals? Bring em on.
