"It is with great displeasure that I am forced to bring before the international commitee the warmongering of the deplorable nation of Whittier. First I will bring before the international community the nation of Whittier's false accusations against the Empire: (OOC: all of them are false, he could not name any thread where we did these things)

That we harbor Jewish terrorists against Palestine and Al Anbar

These accusations are purely false, and, as admitted by Al Anbar, his accusation against Al Anbar that they would use nuclear weapons is pure fiction: they declared they have no nuclear weapons to use.

His accusation that either side is eradicating Jews or Arabs is purely false as both the Palestinian and Israeli consitutions have clauses for the equal treatment of all races (OOC:though Palestine is kicking Jews out-but that is a totaly other matter to be dealt with at another time).

His allegations that we have declared to harbor terrorism is pure fabrication: he was unable to bring to light any IMperial or Israeli declaration to harbor terrorism, nor could he list any terrorist acts.

In addition to fabricating such blatant lies, Whittier declared that his forceful annexation of the Imperial Protectorate of Israel and his annexation of Al Anbar and Palestine would bring peace to the region.
This is in violation of his OWN PACT that a military operation must have military neccesatity. (OOC: http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2799580#2799580 )

At a later point, Whittier declared that he would use nuclear weapons to anihilate the enemies if they used them-he is again breaking his pact not to destroy innocent civilians. (OOC: http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2942859#2942859 )

In light of all of these things, the Empire has declared that the nation of Whittier is a rouge nation, and calls on all nations to openly condemn the acts that Whittier was attempting to commit. No trade will go on between Whittier from this moment on. We call upon all others to do the same."

OOC: The convention says that specific attacks must have military justifications. Not the war it self.
And it also says that he will attack only military targets, unlike Israel and Al Anbar who have both attacked civilians.

We think it hypocritical for Fluffywuffy to not support the right of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia to be soveriegn nations.
These are independent states. When Israel and the terrorist sponsoring state of Al Anbar were threatened with invasion, Fluffywuffy screamed bloodymurder. Now he is seemingly saying that Kuwait and Saudi Arabia don't have the same right to have their territorial soverignty respected.

I,for one,am shocked by Whittiers actions.

If you don't support it. You ought to join the coalition to force him out.
Even Whittier complied with the will of the world community after the mass of objections to our plans to send troops to Israel.
We note, that Al Anbar is ignoring the will of the world community.

If you wish to condemn me over defending myself, go ahead. If you are attempting to condemn me over AA's invasions, go ahead. I never supported them.

We pledge our support to Whittier. Hussein's regime has shown that imperialism of the region is its main goal. We cannot stand for this.

This thread is related to that one cause that is the reason you brought it back.

OOC:The purpose of the bump is to cause people to see what you did, and thus, due to the above condemnation, discourage people from joining in to support you. Unless youa re totaly oblivious to all things, you are of course an enemy of mine due to your threats

In that case, I will accept your neutrality but any aid to Al Anbar will bring down the military might of coalition forces on your nation.
