We, the people of Manktoria wish dispel any rumors that our surplus uranium is being sold on to terrorist organisations or the like. There have been recent claims by opposing states that this was the cases
Instead, we admit that it is sold to our neighbouring allies in order to aid their defence programs, and the defence of our region as a whole. We ourselves do not yet feel the need for nuclear weapons and the like.
Due to this, we are also willing to offer our uranium supplies to those states outside the region of Holtwood, though trade laws dictate that this will be at an increased price.
