Now, we have plenty of strategic nuclear weapons.

What we need is a tactical warhead, 1 to 5 kt, as cheap as possible, suitable to use in both air-to-air missiles and light air-to-ground missiles.

We request re-selling rights for such warhead for 50 million dollars.
Even better would be production rights for such warheads for 100 million dollars.

Just as long as you do not sell them to Whittier. He and his retarded self threatened to invade me if I didnt agree to a peace agreement with Al Anbar, lower my military spending, and things such as that. He claimed to do so in the name of peace.
