According to an official announcement by the Allanean Armed forces, our military will switch it's rifles to the 6.5mm Grendel Cartridge, with an effective range of 1000 to 1400 yards. The only thing required will be the replacement of the upper body of the rifles, as the military uses the M16 rifles. Newer rifles will be known as the M16AL (Allanean).. Such will be comparatively expensive, costing around 1000 dollars per rifle.

Rumours that Allanea is planning to start a war are being denied by the military.

Since we have lots of bored troops who can shoot straight being under-utilised, they'll design one for you and run some trials on potential Allanean customers. We'll need some of those M16-AL's for development too.
