"Today The Unforgiven has declared plans for the construction of a region-wide defence system designed to prevent to the best of its ablity any incursions form enemy forces.

"This will include missile defences, submarine nets and gun emplacements. Specific radar stations are being built around the region, and a sonar web is going to be constructed in the waters around The Unforgiven.

"The construction process has already begun and should be completed within 10 years."

And the problem is?

There is no problem. This is just to tell everyone about the network so that people can't claim GODMOD when they attack and have difficulty getting in.
