Inside Avertson Capitol Building - Big Long Now

Secretary Gavasten: Mr. President, polls are showing that 33% of the citizens are becoming increasingly unhappy with our withdrawl from the United Nations and the construction of new weapons and ships. Most likely they are beginning to think you're stockpiling our military for war, which our citizens greatly oppose.

President Allen: I can understand their concerns, however if we leave it unaddressed it could only make matters worse, what do you suggest we do to approach the matter?

Secretary Gavasten: We could set up diplomatic talks with other nations, we assume that if they are members of the UN that our citizens may warm up to our military stockpiling.

President Allen: That's a great idea Mr. Gavasten, we should try that. Also maybe we should do some television advertising to assure them.

Gunshots echo loudly in the distance, General Hawke bursts into the room

General Hawke: Mr. President we need to get you out of here right now, come with me!

Gavasten, Hawke, and the President rush out of the board room towards the War Bunker, gunshots continue screaming in the backround as they proceed down a flight of stairs into the bunker, General Hawke enters the authorization codes for lockdown of the bunker

President Allen: General, I need to know what is going on, I shouldn't be locked down in this bunker like a rat!

General Hawke: I don't know how this happened but a rebel group of citizens has entered the proximity of the building, we never saw this coming - there's no intelligence or anything that could have pointed us in the direction of a clue.

Hawke's CB Radio: General, the rebels have entered the building, we estimate about forty people are in this crowd, we're closing off the area right now, we don't have enough people to cov---*static*

General Hawke: Mr. President, staying here will be putting your life at risk, we have to get out of here now!
