Dear Friends, Enemies, Country(wo)men, Non-Country(wo)men,
I am hereby proposing a method to achieve peace between all warring factions.
War is a piece of machinery where arms and weaponry are the key lubricating factors. In the absence of arms, the great machine that is war will slowly grind to a halt. And where war is halted, peace reigns supreme.
Therefore, in order to enforce and ensure this peace, I kindly request all combating and warring nations to surrender their arms....to *ahem* my nation. Your weaponry and your enemies' weaponry will all be safeguarded well in my nation.
You can all trust me....seriously...no i really mean it....
