Chinese Army has reached the important milestone, as every nation must. In a manner of speaking of course; we've already reached it and have been above it for a while, but now we announce it.
We've reached the big One-Oh! - Oh...-oh...oh....oh...oh...oh...oh...oh! Yes, one billion (and thirty four million!) citizens! We are overjoyed and celebrating as our nation gets ever more crowded!
