how do you post pictures

help i am wanting to open a storefront to sell nice weapon things but i cant post pictures i have tried all the standard ways can anyone help me out?
1. I answered you in the other topic, as did someone else.
2. These kind of questions go on the General or Technical board.
if you know the full URL (starts with http:// ends with .jpg or something) then do the following:
