As Raysia's Brother (http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/brother.htm)-system technologies expand, and more uses are found for UCAVs and UGAVs and other brother-related vehicles, the need has become greater for a vehicle that can serve as a massive relay on the battleground, and possibly serve as a command center.
For this purpose, Raysia is developing the MCC-05:

This massive hulk of armor on wheels has at its core a full relay control room similar to those found in the RT-1907 UCAV Airborne Carriers. On top of the 300-ton, 25mx8m structure, sits a set of 4 turrets, each housing 2 100mm cannons, as well as a battery of heat-seaking assault rockets. The armor itself is strong enough to survive up to 8 kilotons of force before compromising, or the equivelant of a 100kt explosion a mile away.
The vehicle can also be equipped with siege weaponry, such as a large gauss cannon similar to a miniaturized Sky Cleaner, (http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/skycleaner2.htm) or the turrets can be replaced with large flamethrowers, or 120mm tank cannons. Or the vehicle can be stripped and turned into an unstoppable troop carrier.
Addressing the issue of how such an enormous vehicle could possibly be effectively dropped into the battlefield... well, I just answered that in that sentence. Using a large, powerful Drop Box, (http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/dropbox.htm) carried in a large transport (Either RT-1707, or An-225), the vehicle may be simply dropped into a relatively safe region of a battlefield, and freefall, allowing the solid-fuel rockets to control its descent.
Raysia Motors/Arms believes this vehicle will manufacture at around $1.3 Billion a piece, and if enough nations generated interest, it would sell internationally for about $2 Billion.

In addition to this Behemoth, comes Raysia's new long-awaited battletank!
http://www.bateshome.com/jordan/thegoliath.jpg
The RA-18 Battletank wreaks of power and control. While its armament appears simple... a cannon and a machine gun, it has much to boast. The main cannon on this 95-ton monster is a 140mm gauss rifle that propells its depleted-uranium shells at a whopping 1500m/s, in a full 360x(+30/-15) degree firing arc. The machine gun is, of course, a dual-barrelled 50-cal machine gun for anti-air and anti-personnel. Its armor is thick, and its engines are... moderate, with a top-speed of around 50 mph. On the inside, this tank can be configured to hold Brother Systems (and operators), or supplies for troops on the battlefield, or even up to 12 troops.
This monster is expected to manufacture at around 35 Mil, and sell at $52 million.
OOC: Comments? Suggestions? Complaints that I got to these UT2004 vehicles before you? :)
