At one o'clock in the morning in The Prisonan Prison of Moratcyz, a mass breakout of high crime felons occured. Including Nassar Gomarz the infamous terroist serving life in prison for his atttempted genocide in Thistine. The criminals in question, fought against prison guards with their own weapons after breaking into the weapons vault. Eventually military units were called from the the mainland and captured several of the criminals. However they came too late for 23 guards, 46 prisoners, and and 31 workers at Atalusa's largest prison. Several inmates and workers have also been injured mostly from bullet wounds.
"This is the ghastliest occurence of violence I've seen in our prisons and in the last 10 years" says nurse Sue Guerramo, who treated the wounded in the incident. "I believe training guards with better weapons and tactics would, have stopped this bloodshed.
"THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!" screams Muniz Partick. "The government is obviously forgotten about prisons in Atalusa the last 20 years as the funding has lessened every year, infact the inflation rate hasn't even been considered." "Criminals are getting more violent and dangerous every year, giving officers automatic weapons and better training is the least they could do."
Sgt Terry Skiles "I believe having a specially trained military outpost in prisons would help."
On Bring Moses live Economist Randy Myers "It is very hard right now to fund this extragent ideas people are stating" "Any goals would have to be long term"
"Long term!" interupts Jeremy Coldwell "We had over 90 people die and we're talking long term! We had a 14 year old girl raped and another child shot to death by these animals and we're talking long term!" "We have to think of something now!"
But whatever happens because of this event, we must take time to mourn those who were lost to this tragic incident. (Amazing Grace que) After a moment of silence. "I'm.... Andrew Kittrel and that's... that's..... all the time we have"

The Parliment has called forth an emergency metting to decide how Prisona will be handled. And asks for international help on this issue and how do get the economy back on it's feet.
Notes: My first role play not too cheesy I hope? Prisona and Thistine are two colonies. Prisona is where the Prisons are, the rest of the colonies don't have any. That's why it has no civil rights and political rights. Also you tell how to make my roleplays better, I don't mind.
