The Republic of Homer Simpson has found reason to condemn and break off diplomatic ties with the Palestinian Authority. In order to deal with this issue our legislature has drawn up the Simpson Doctrine.

Preamble: We find that when a nation's government supports terrorism, intervention is called for. There are many situations where this is called for. In most cases it shall be diplomatically or done by sanctions.

Article I: The Palestinian Authority is no longer recognized at this point. We at first recognised their government, but since their leader remains to be Yasser Arafat, we cannot recognise them.

Article II: Arafat spports terrorism.
i. Al-Aqsa martyrs brigade has been linked to the Fatah party headed by Arafat.
ii Arafat's PLO has carried out terrorist actions on its own.
iii Arafat refuses to fight terrorism in groups like Hamas as is required by the roadmap. He has claimed that his security force has been destroyed, yet the Gaza forces are untouched. They could fight Hamas, but aren't given the orders to by Arafat.

Article III: The US roadmap to peace called for Arafat to give up his power, and it shall be followed
i. Homer Simpson1987 recognizes the roadmap
ii. The Israelis recognise the roadmap
iii. The Palesinians have recognised it and should follow it.

Article IV: Recognition of Palestine. Our great nation will recognise the Palestinian nation when:
i. Arafat gives up power.
ii. Terrorism groups like Hamas, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, etc. are routed out.
iii. The Palestinian Authority recognises Israel's right to exist and accepts the 1967 borders.

We repeat our demand for the handover of the terrorist known as Yasser Arafat.
Take a lesson from our capture of the terrorist Ariel Sharon who had much better body guards and a lot of nations to help him. That did not stop us from taking him into custody.
If loweregypts special ops forces can abduct Sharon, what makes you think they can't abduct Arafat. Whether Israeli or Arab, a terrorist is a terrorist.
The Palestinian Authority will hand over Arafat to be tried on charges of breaking the Whittier Convention, the Universal Law of Human Rights, and for crimes against humanity. You have 5 days. If you have not handed him over by then, there will be severe consequences.

I don't think that the PA will listen to you Egypt, I guess he got mad and ignored HS because he was supporting Israel or something.
